The owner wouldn't accept a booking, saying the place was already taken, even though it showed as available for those dates on several platforms. I couldn't book it.

Free parking, and the studio is lovely. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

There was only one electric radiator for heat, and the extra bed was uncomfortable even for a 9-year-old. The requested bedding arrived late and only after we asked. Parking wasn't guaranteed since residents use the same spaces. Inside, the beds were uncomfortable, the gas stove was practically suspended in the air and propped up on two sides, and there were unpleasant smells in both the hallway and room, mixed with smoke in the room. The photos don't give a better impression of the actual place. We've stayed in lots of accommodations while traveling, and this was among the worst. The price may look tempting, but I don't think the savings are worth it when decent places with breakfast are available nearby for a little more.
