The rooms and furniture were all new, and the hosts were warm and helpful without hovering. The staff were super friendly too. We were surrounded by nature, with a lovely mountain view, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Amphitheater Transylvania is an easy hike to start from here, just a short walk away.
We only stopped for lunch and didn't stay at the hotel. The food was amazing, and the restaurant is huge, with a large parking area. It's a beautiful spot in the sublime area of Moieciu de Sus, and the staff were welcoming. It also seemed kid friendly.
The room and bathroom were clean, and the parking lot was very large, with a kids' play area outside. It's a quiet place among the mountains. The food was somewhere between bad and good. Some of the furniture was old but in good condition. The artificial lighting was dim, the shower hose was very short, and there was nowhere to hang the showerhead. A couple of the heaters were rusty.
We stopped in for a meal and really enjoyed it. The bulz, schnitzel, and spinach broth were all good, made with simple, fresh ingredients.
The venue is incredible, and the staff are outstanding. There's plenty of delicious food too. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
