Complex Parc Pini Moinesti

At complex parc cu Pini, you can get a room, eat, and enjoy the pool and spa. It has what you need, whether you're coming with family or on your own. Great experience.

I haven't stayed at the hotel, so I can only speak about the restaurant. The setting is nice, but the service was appalling. It took several tries to get our order across because the waiter wasn't looking at us and kept asking us to repeat it. He told another table that he was the only waiter doing everything and the rest were just helpers. About half an hour later, my husband went to ask for the water we'd ordered for our one-year-old daughter. Some helpers had part of our order, but didn't know which table was ours. Eventually they brought the water and only part of the food, with no forks or knives even though it included meat. I had to go ask for glasses and cutlery, then ask again for the sauce. That arrived 20 minutes later, by which time the food was cold and the rest of our order still hadn't come. The food itself was acceptable, but this was the worst service I've seen.

The staff quickly agreed to move me when the first room's overpowering pipe smell made me feel sick. The replacement room had no unpleasant odor, but its bathtub had no stopper, so showering meant sitting in the tub and made it hard to wash properly. I appreciated how promptly the staff handled the room change, but the missing basic amenity still made the stay inconvenient. Hotel Parcul Pini fell short of the comfortable, relaxing visit I expected, and I hope management fixes these problems for future guests.

The friendly, helpful staff and the good price made for a positive stay, despite a strong smell in my room that I think came from the bathroom sanitizer. The restaurant service could be faster, but the accommodation was clean and restful, with comfortable little houses among red pines. Don't miss the peacocks, they're fascinating. I'd recommend the place, and I'd stay here again if I go to Moinesti.
