The staff were awesome, and I felt especially zen in my room. It was a very pleasant stay, with clean, modern rooms and wonderful lake views.

The manager spoke to us so rudely when we arrived, even calling us “Animals.” She also didn't understand that my wife had a condition and couldn't stay in a room without a window. I'm level 5 on booking.com and have never had an experience like this. My wife and I booked the place for our honeymoon, and it was such a horrible decision. This was the worst booking. I wouldn't recommend it at all. We booked through booking.com on 1th of May 2024.

Apart from the location and the apartment's size, I can't say anything positive. The bathroom door and sink were both broken, and the sofa and bed were broken too. The floor was dirty throughout, and we only managed to get it clean after washing it three times.

We couldn't make our planned stay this year because of Covid-19. Andreea at the hotel was very helpful when we discussed the situation, and offered us a solution. Thanks so much, Andreea. We're really looking forward to staying with you next year!
