The rooms are clean and furnished well enough for a 3-star place. It's right in the center of Neptun resort, with the beach nearby.

The room was clean. Getting to the beach took about a 15-minute walk.

The only person who seemed pleasant was the young woman at reception. Otherwise, the service was disappointing, and when I asked for coffee in the morning, a young man refused us with an openly disgusted expression. Asking to have my wet towels changed got a reaction that made it seem like I was being unreasonable after just three days. The room itself had no bathroom door at all, it had been taken off its hinges and was simply missing. Cleanliness was poor, with dirt hidden under the rug, fallen plaster, and spiders as big as walnuts. This hotel, Hotel Tomis-Neptun, calls itself a 3-star hotel, but in my view it doesn't even deserve 2 daisies. A horrible stay, and I won't come back.
