Fine.

The place is right by the salt lake complex, and it has the basics covered: a bathroom, fridge, AC, TV, and private parking. The rooms felt a little cramped, though, and the bathroom was tiny and dated. Some bulbs were missing, and the ones that worked gave off very little light. There wasn't a bin in the room, and nobody cleaned or changed the towels during my stay. Outside, everything looked neglected, almost as if the place had shut down. The price also seemed steep for what you get compared with similar places. Maybe the owners are counting on the location opposite the tourist complex. If they're no longer running the business themselves, renting it out or bringing in an administrator might help. I've seen places like this do really well.
At 350 per night, I expected better conditions. The guesthouse smelled musty, the bathroom was extremely small and had an oilcloth shower curtain, and the yard was unkempt. Over three days, the garbage wasn't taken out and the dust wasn't wiped away. That made the stay a real disappointment. The Salt Lakes entrance 2 is nearby, but the restaurant wasn't operating either.
A dream of a place! The staff were kind, the rooms spotless, and there's plenty of space. Definitely worth staying here. I recommend it! ❤️
We booked rooms in the green building shown online, but were placed in a different building that wasn't in the photos. The online presentation and what you actually get are completely different, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I really don't recommend it.
