Majestic Jupiter Hotel

We had a pleasant holiday in the end. The room was clean and quiet, just as we’d requested, and there was parking and air conditioning. Meals were plentiful, if not very varied, and the staff were friendly. Some improvements have been made, but the place still felt shabby. I wouldn’t rate it as a three-star hotel, more like a two-star one.

That place was a lot of fun! They had concerts for both kids and adults every night. The beach was warm, though it wasn’t the cleanest. The beds are hard, so it could suit you if you have back problems or back pain.

The pool is a blast, though they really should let you put your arms in the water too. I’m a big fan of this place, especially the bat girls running around in costume and singing the bat song. The rooms are small, but so am I, so I always measure any friend I bring first. All those bright colors mean I don’t need sunglasses. Last time I left my teeth on the nightstand, and the manager kept them in a pickle jar until my next visit. What a place.

The breakfast was nice, and the inner garden is lovely. Rooms are small, and the bathrooms are badly designed: water pools by the drain because it sits higher. Air conditioning works. Check-in took a long time, and although they say 18:00 max, that’s only mentioned in the lobby, not on the website. The restaurant takes patience too, with a rude waiter if you order something small and a check that may never arrive. Loud bands here and at nearby hotels played until 2 am.
