We’ve stayed in several places around Transylvania, in both summer and winter, and never experienced hospitality this terrible. We were there with a group over New Year's Eve and were hugely disappointed by the cold rooms. The only positive thing the operator did was move two families to a guesthouse the next day. Our issue was with the operators, not the pension. They still have a lot to learn about hospitality.

The hosts were extremely kind, the rooms comfortable, and the food divine. The staff were lovely too. You really couldn’t ask for more. I can only recommend it to everyone.
