The apartment looked lovely, but we never got to stay there because the owner didn't handle the booking properly. We had booked and paid through Booking.com two weeks before our trip, and received confirmations. On the day we were due to arrive, I messaged about our arrival time. The owner then called to say the apartment had been booked for six months. He'd had two weeks to let us know, but said he'd been out of the country and had only returned that morning at 9. The listing was also still available on AirBnb, even though it had apparently been taken for some time, and the availability hadn't been updated on any platform. We were left without a place to stay and lost a whole day of our two-day city break finding another one. If you're planning to book, make sure the apartment is actually available.

We felt great in this stylish, beautiful apartment in central Oradea. The hosts were lovely too. Booking was easy :)
