The balcony and well-equipped kitchen were handy, and there’s free parking. It’s a spacious one-bedroom apartment and a very comfortable place to stay.

The location is the only positive thing I can say about this complex. It might be decent for an Airbnb stay or a short-term rental, but that’s as far as it goes. Some apartments are far too small to count as two rooms. In some of the blocks, you can already see how much they’ve aged and deteriorated in just a few years. And the drywall between the apartments and the hallway says a lot about the construction quality.

The tenants, the walls, the administration, all horrible. You can hear neighbors talking or even using the toilet as if they were in your own apartment. The administration are obsessed parsnips who mock you to your face without a care. Disgusting! I wouldn't recommend anyone live in Ared, no matter what. This is a wild animal complex. 👎👎👎👎👎
