The apartment itself is bright, huge, and gorgeous, with a square view from the bedroom and a balcony where you can feel like Zeus over Oradea, day or night. The living room is spacious and sunny, with a corner sofa and another double bed. There’s a full kitchen, A/C, heating, and a very large bathroom. For a city break, I think this is one of the most beautiful and elegant places to stay in Oradea, and I’ll definitely return. Getting there is less pleasant. You enter through the Vulturul Negru passage, which was extremely dirty and smelled bad. Since it’s a shared building, that isn’t entirely the owner’s fault. Then it’s four floors on foot, with pigeon droppings along the stairs, so I wouldn’t bring a lot of luggage. Underground public parking is about a three-minute walk away and was quite good.
