The trip to Oradea was lovely, but staying here put a real damper on it. There was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom sink, and the hot water took a long time to arrive. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, and the ceiling speaker kept buzzing. We also heard noise from tenants staying in the owner's house apartment. I was there, so Mr. Costas, please don't try to tell me those problems weren't real. The smell came from the sink drain, and you hadn't put in a U-shaped siphon to stop it. I sorted that out myself, gladly. The door still didn't close right, and the speaker was humming at the time. We accidentally broke a juice glass while washing it. It was very thin, poor quality glass, not vandalism. A glass like that costs at most 2 lei in a shop, yet after collecting around 300 euros from us, the owner asked us to leave 10 lei for it. It wasn't about the money, but that gesture bothered us. Spend it on a set of better glasses. We left the house cleaner than we found it, despite the way we were treated. We were told to park on the street in front of the property. The caretaker cut the grass there with a brushcutter, without accounting for our car being only a few centimeters away. Grass and pebbles flew onto it. The owner, Costas, has posted reviews on profile sites using profiles bearing his own name. Most of the reviews are five stars and deserved, but this place deserves minus five stars, which those sites don't allow. The way you speak about people says plenty about your lack of common sense and home training. Good luck writing more reviews and rating the house from fictitious accounts.

We only had two days here, but it was a wonderful stay. The host was very welcoming, and the place exceeded our expectations. Families with kids would enjoy the big yard where children can run around, plus the barbecue area. Great!

It's in a quiet residential part of Oradea, about 4 km from Nymphaea. The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We had a parking spot in the private yard, where our child could also play safely. The owners were friendly and gave us any information we needed. Next time, we'll choose the two-room apartment in the same yard, which is just as nice and clean.

The host was welcoming and quick to help with our requests. The accommodation is modern, lovely, very tidy, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. I highly recommend it!
