Jacuzzi Home

Simply perfect.

The room with the jacuzzi was hard to describe, especially after a long day. It offered a high level of relaxation and privacy. Lavi was a super host and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment itself was superb.

The woman at the location was kind, but our stay at the new location had a serious issue: water was pooling on the floor in the jacuzzi room. When we were there, the jacuzzi water was very dirty. The first person to get in saw a brown film come off as they stepped into it. The photo shows the dirt marks left by a small ring I had in the jacuzzi.

The jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived, with sand at the bottom and dirt marks on the headrest. Water and melted wax were all over the floor and furniture, and the terrace door handle came off in my hand. The jacuzzi was on an upper floor, reached through an indoor hallway, rather than on the apartment terrace as I understood from the ad. I contacted the owner, who first said everything was clean. After I sent photos, she acknowledged the problem and sent someone to clean. That woman used a pot from the kitchenette cabinet to clean the jacuzzi, then put it back as if it were meant for cooking. I found that completely unhygienic. We asked for a refund, but the owner refused and said we had to wait 30 minutes for cleaning, even though the terrace and jacuzzi needed much more attention. She also asked us to cancel the reservation ourselves as a “no-show,” despite the platform policy clearly not allowing refunds in that situation. It was a disappointing experience, and the lack of professionalism and hygiene means I can’t recommend this place.
