Ramada Oradea

The breakfast had plenty of choice, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept well, even with very little time to rest :))) Everyone on staff was attentive and friendly. Alina and Sebi especially stood out for their warmth, professionalism, and care. They really made a difference. It was a memorable, comfortable stay, and I’d be very happy to come back!

There’s lots of parking, and the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre, with a shopping center close by. My room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had everything I needed: a full minibar, complimentary water, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, and a safe. I enjoyed the breakfast too.

The hotel itself looked very good, and the room was clean. The way everything was handled made the whole experience incredible. I’ll stay at Ramada again next time I’m in Oradea so I can enjoy the full experience. Thank you, Ramada!❤️ I especially want to thank the woman at reception, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Our flight back to Bucharest was meant to leave on July 8th, but after several delays it was cancelled. By 9 pm, nobody was giving us any information. We booked a few rooms at the Ramada through the agency, and she treated us kindly from the moment we arrived, sharing all the details in a friendly, understanding way. We had a flight at 4 in the morning, and she made packed breakfasts for all five of us leaving then. So many companies could learn from her empathy and care for customers. She was beyond anything I expected.

Cynthia at reception made me feel welcome right away with her genuine warmth and professionalism. She paid close attention throughout my stay, was always ready to help with a smile, and took care of every detail efficiently. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
