The large outdoor pool had warm water, but it was extremely dirty. The tiles around it were filthy beyond description. Staff also seemed inexperienced when we tried to arrange two massages: they asked us to wait outside on the terrace while checking availability, but never got back to us. When we followed up, they said they couldn’t reach the doctor. I booked one night, and sleep was impossible. There’s an event hall on the ground floor of this so-called hotel, with loud music going until 2 AM. It was like having a nightclub inside the room, a complete disaster and no respect for hotel guests or tourists. I don’t recommend staying here. You’d be better off in your car or the nearby park.

Horrible service. Breakfast wasn’t replenished, the rooms were dated and not properly cleaned, with toys under the bed. There were no towels or glass, and check-in wasn’t possible until 15.30.

There’s no lift, so I had to haul the luggage up to the third floor. The old hotel was dark and smelled bad, with dirty carpets throughout and ancient furniture with cracks. Breakfast offered little choice and the eggs were overcooked. My daughter had sour, expired milk with her cereal. I’d call this a two-star hotel, not four, and I would never recommend it or return.

I was here for a wedding and came away with a good feeling about the hotel. The staff were kind and always around to take my order, and the pool was nice. The event hall was decorated attractively without being overdone. I didn’t see any of the rooms, though, so bear that in mind.
