A really spacious apartment, and comfortable too.

We were worn out from the drive, so we put up with the owner's attitude, the untidy room, stained sheets, and dirty bathroom for the one night. But we left with what felt like "guests in our heads," and that is something we can't get past. There should be no excuse for such a lack of professional and moral responsibility. Shame. I can't give this place a negative star, but I wouldn't recommend or support it.

We spent three days at this guesthouse, and the staff's unfriendly, hostile manner made the stay unpleasant. The receptionist was rude from the moment we arrived, and the staff showed little interest in guests' comfort throughout our visit. Our towels weren't changed during those three days, either. The poor service left a bitter impression. I won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, civilized place with welcoming staff.

We had a reservation through Booking, but by 10 pm we still had no place to stay. We were running an hour late because of traffic, and the lady at Phoenix said she wasn't expecting us anymore and that we should sort out a cancellation with Booking. At 5 pm, when we'd called to say we'd arrive around 10, she was already annoyed. We'd agreed to call again at 10 if we still hadn't arrived and tell her how long we'd need. Later, when we called about our refund request, she shouted that she couldn't help and told us to contact Booking, then hung up. A tourism worker with quite an attitude. I wish I could give less than one star. We found Cataleya instead, 12 km from Orastie, and I highly recommend it. It's in a great location and the owner was lovely. They came at 11 pm and switched on the central heating to warm the guesthouse.
