6/10
The location was good, the food was delicious, and the people and service were great. Still, some of the facilities weren't acceptable for a 3-star hotel. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and on some days there was no electricity in the rooms. I hope the owner will attend to these broken facilities for guests. Thank you.

The pizza at the restaurant was to die for. Breakfast was okay, though the coffee was horrible, and the rooms were spacious with big, comfortable beds. There was a party in the restaurant that sounded as if it were happening in our room, and honestly, the experience was horrible. The receptionist was extremely helpful, polite, kind, calm, and beautiful. She deserves all the stars here. Without her, I would have given the hotel one star. To be honest, though, the hotel itself isn't all bad.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the room was clean and large enough. The staff were gentle. It's a good location if you're heading toward Cheile Nerei. Restaurant choices were very basic, with little to choose from if you don't eat meat.
