We had a reservation for today, and the people confirmed everything was fine. Then we arrived and found out the accommodation didn't exist because they'd given the room to someone else. They claimed it was because we hadn't confirmed, but when we tried calling to check that everything was okay, they refused to answer. We came from Bucharest and were left without a place to stay in Sibiu. We only managed to find somewhere at the last minute. They're not serious people, and I don't recommend the guesthouse. When we got there, the first thing we noticed was a smell of filth and spoilage. Go at your own risk.
