The staff were helpful, the room was secure with double and triple locks, and it was easy to reach. It was clean, had a big bathroom, and was reasonably close to the airport. But I couldn't get a queen bed, so they pushed two singles together and I kept sliding into the gap. A wall panel started flashing wildly in the middle of the night, nearly giving me a seizure. The curtain across from the bed lets in the sunrise, so I was awake at 5am. The kettle cord can't reach a wall socket, meaning you have to hold it while the water boils. On checkout day the elevator was out, and I had to carry my heavy luggage down two floors.

There were no towels, the walls were cracked, and bags of food left by previous guests were open. The vending machine in the hall was the worst part. A bottle of water costs 7 Ron, but after putting in a 10 Ron bill, you get an Italian message saying no change will be given. In 2025, this kind of little '90s scam is still stealing a few lei. What a joke.

I called on check-in day to ask some basic reservation questions, and the staff member was outright rude and unprofessional. It would take less than two minutes to answer them.

We only stayed one night, and the whole building smelled because of a sewer problem in the basement. The room also had a broken shower and AC panel, plus a shoe print on the sheets. To their credit, they sent housekeeping after I called. I had to insist that she replace all the sheets, though, because she kept trying to tell me they were fine. It was just okay.
