The bathroom had been renovated recently, but water from the shower spread across the whole floor. The rest of the room was a mess: old carpet and furniture, a strong bad smell in both the room and hallway, and it wasn't clean. I found two mosquitoes and three spiders, with dead insects stuck on the walls, probably left by previous guests. Even the breakfast eggs looked odd, with blue patches in places. The room looked nothing like the photos.

Ohelia at the front desk made my stay memorable by going well beyond her usual duties. She even cooked sarmale for me, and it was the best sarmale I've ever had. Her kindness and generosity felt sincere, and she deserves recognition for the care she showed.

October 2025. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was clean, though our room had a smell, probably from the carpet and limited air circulation. The building also looked smaller and less tall in person than its front photo suggests. Checkout was at 11, and the front desk reminded us. We came out at 11:07, and the woman at reception seemed to ask for an extra 10 euros. We didn't pay. The stated late checkout charge was 10 euros per hour.

The guy at reception was really kind. He lent us his travel card, offered breakfast for free even though it wasn't included in our booking, and looked after our bags so we didn't have to carry them around. We had a wonderful stay, with nice rooms and service. Thank you so much!

It was awful. The bed was so dirty, with yellow spots on it, and we saw a cockroach on the wall. There was a terrible smell too.
