This was my first and last time here. I had trouble getting in, and when I called, the only response was “open the msg.” I got no help from the staff. The person on the hotline couldn’t explain anything, shouted at me, and hung up. I paid money and was shouted at. No, thank you. If I could give minus stars, I’d rate it -10.

The self check-in went smoothly because the hosts sent all the details well ahead of time, and they were very helpful with excellent service. I’ve just checked out after a fantastic stay in the clean, modern apartment, which had all the facilities and a balcony. It’s a short walk from Bucharest Airport, but I didn’t hear planes and slept really well. I’d recommend it to anyone!

The apartment was great, really nice and cosy, and worth the price. The owner was flexible and accommodating when I arrived very late, and they let me check in out of hours and leave a little later because my flight was in the afternoon. They explained how to access the room and helped with information about nearby necessities. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. When I arrived, the bed hadn’t been made up, and there were only pillows and a sheet, with no blankets. The towels were still in the dryer, so I had to ask the owner where to find them. Apart from that, I had a very nice stay.

It felt homely and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fixtures, fittings, and TV. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the airport. There’s an open-plan living room beside two double bedrooms, a comfortable bed, and a good kitchen with everything you’d need. The bathroom was excellent too, with a washing machine and a powerful shower. It’s like being at home, and I’d highly recommend it.
