Lady Adela gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything. The hostel was very clean and had a great view, and the slope is right next door, so there’s no need to drive. Breakfast was varied and good. The boy at reception, though, really needs to improve his hospitality.

Culiță served us, and he was 10/10, a true service professional who could sort out any problem. The food was great and the service excellent. The rooms got too hot for us, so they need cooling. We’ll definitely be back.

We ordered a traditional Romanian feast and it went beyond what we’d hoped for. It’s the best food experience I’ve had in Romania. The view is breathtaking too. I’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend it to anyone after amazing Romanian food!

The area is lovely, and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. There were outdoor things for children, though they were dusty. The staff member who served us and the man at reception were polite and kind, and they kindly offered us a baby crib. This is an affordable stay in the Paltinis area, but we expected the room to match the photos. It was quite small and needed freshening up, smelled of smoke, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was also a ripped towel, which didn’t feel professional. The restaurant food was expensive and very salty. They didn’t have everything on the menu, but only told us after we’d decided what to order.
