I've already booked another stay and am looking forward to coming back soon. Everything was just right, from the room and spa facilities to the service and food. Special thanks to Alex, who was helpful whenever we needed anything.

We were very disappointed that dogs aren't allowed. There is a nice terrace and a playground for children, but we were told to leave our dog in the car if we wanted to eat. They said dogs aren't allowed anywhere on the mountain. We found a dog-friendly restaurant in Petrosani instead.

We only ate dinner and breakfast at Pensiunea AYANA. The staff were welcoming and friendly, dinner was good, and breakfast had a nice, wide selection. The terrace has a lovely view.

The staff were disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place. It also wasn't stated on Booking that wellness access costs extra. We waited two hours for our food, and when we opened the window, smoke came into the room. First and last time here!

The rooms were clean and nice, the accommodation was good, and breakfast was very good. It's really close to the lift up to the slopes. The one issue was the spa fee: 100 lei per hour extra. The jacuzzi water was quite dirty, either it hadn't been cleaned or the filters weren't working.
