Ms. Patricia made a real difference to my stay. She went out of her way to help several times, responding with patience, efficiency, and genuine kindness. Her commitment to making guests feel valued stood out. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with what I needed for a pleasant visit. The location was convenient and the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming. I’d happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hosts were warm and welcoming, and stayed ahead of things to make sure our visit went smoothly. They found solutions for whatever we needed and paid attention to the details. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I’d recommend it for an easy, pleasant stay.

I arrived to find that the room I’d booked had been switched to another one. The attitude from the woman accommodating guests was inadequate, and the hosts were wrong to handle it this way. We had a reservation through Booking, but the hosts decided to cancel it and leave us out on the street. You can’t travel from another country with a booking and then be denied your room. The excuses and behavior were absurd and outrageous.

Never again. Booking mistakes, rude behavior, and people who seemed incompetent and inadequate. This isn’t a hotel, just a group of a mother, daughter, and son who seemed to be under the influence of something and mocked the customers. NEVER!

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.
