I was told by phone and email that payment by Pluxee card was accepted, but when it came time to pay, they said it wasn’t. That’s confusing and doesn’t seem normal. They’re not serious!

The accommodation is in minimal condition and absolutely not worth the money. The breakfast listed was a joke, and you couldn’t even get a coffee. The terrace outside was dirty, and the balcony left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms need repairs, and the beds should be replaced since their covering is peeling. Honestly, I think this is the worst place I’ve stayed in Brașov so far.

We were very happy with our stay. It was clean and warm, and the location was great. I recommend it.

The bed was disgusting, with dirt built up in the mattress seams, stained blankets and curtains, and a leather frame that was coming apart. The red carpet was black in the corners. The mini-fridge was broken, yellow, and covered in dust. The whole hotel smelled musty and dusty, and it was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. There was no hot water, no one at the front desk, and no restaurant. The breakfast was ridiculous. The place reopened after such a long time because two victims arrived, and it should close! Totally disgusting.
