Reception were especially kind and professional. The restaurant was nice, though the food was rather average and service seemed understaffed. It's a high-standard hotel in the beautiful Poiana Brasov mountain resort, a good place to visit in summer or winter. The spacious rooms have balconies and are nicely designed with plenty of wood. Underground parking is available for a fee.
10/10
We had a room upgrade, which was great, and the room itself was gorgeous. The spa was great too, and every employee was lovely with us and the children. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and very tasty, while the restaurant food was sublime. Great value for money. The only issue was the heating. It was too hot and the temperature wouldn't come down, but the staff were very nice and tried to fix it.
10/10
The hotel has a beautiful, distinctive, elegant design and is very close to the gondola lift. We had an extraordinary weekend there with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly, and smiling. They took care of every request quickly and with real care, so we felt welcome. We're already looking forward to coming back, and would recommend it to anyone after a memorable stay.
10/10
The spa was a real highlight, calm and beautifully designed, and a wonderful place to unwind. The staff made the stay stand out even more, with professional, attentive service and a knack for anticipating what you might need. From arrival, the hotel feels elegant and stylish. The details are carefully chosen, and the atmosphere is luxurious without feeling overdone. A memorable, sophisticated stay, and a strong example of what a modern five-star hotel can be.
10/10
The design brought together Romanian traditional details and Swiss influences in a way I found fascinating. Everything was well appointed and made with good-quality materials. The food was fantastic, and the staff were polite, kind, and always smiling. The rooms, amenities, services, and staff were all amazing. Everything was perfect!
