The food was great, and the music had something for everyone. We spent New Year’s Eve here as a family with a teenage child, and the party was amazing. Special thanks to Mrs Carmen for her kind support and for making us feel at home. Happy New Year 2026!

I slept better than ever, those sheets were unbelievably soft. The food was good and the music was nice, too. The place has a slightly dated look, but everyone was so kind, especially the receptionist. It felt like being back at my grandparents’ house. Really, really nice. I recommend it!

The sauna and pool were nice enough, which makes the rest a pity. At the spa, a staff member made an issue of my asking for a towel while using the facilities. The gym is dated and dirty, and it lacks basic equipment. I’ll keep going somewhere else, where towels are unlimited and the staff make me feel welcome.

After a long day skiing, the spa was a wonderful way to unwind. The rooms were clean and nice, and every staff member we met was kind and polite. The Monte Pana lift is just a short walk away. Glad we stayed here!

We only had dinner at the restaurant once. The food was decent and service very quick, but the live music was so loud we couldn't talk to our friends at the table. I don't understand why they have it at that volume. The hotel also has a good spa, with very hot water, heated pool floors, and nice saunas. Rooms are okay, there are a few parking spaces, and the restaurant food is good.
