The food was good, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The TV was just okay, though. Parking can be tricky at times. If you're above the first floor, the view is really nice. I didn't take any photos, unfortunately. Had a really good stay and would definitely recommend it.

The quiet, peaceful surroundings were the one real positive for me. Getting there by train is easy, but keep an eye out for bears. I saw three in five days. The food was okay, but the rooms were dirty, there were rats in the walls, and the toilets were filthy. I doubt they get cleaned at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The restaurant staff were really kind, and the rooms were very clean. Half board was included, which made this a great choice. Reception could pay more attention to guests and what they need. I'd come back when I'm in Predeal.

They even left slippers in the room at no charge, something plenty of 4*resorts don't do. There are lots of parking spaces, including for EV's. The staff were attentive, and the cleaning was excellent. A very nice place to spend some time off. I definitely recommend it.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated, quick with service, and attentive to the details. There's a lovely view, and kids have playgrounds to use too. The place is quiet, and my room was warm and spacious. This is my second visit, and I've fallen in love with it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
