Evergreen Villa

Our company covered the cost, so I can't say what the prices were. We rented the whole place with work colleagues for two nights. The rooms were nice and clean, and the food was good. Each morning the living and dining rooms had been cleaned, even though we hadn't left them that way the night before. On our last evening there was a campfire with mulled wine and cozonac, then we danced and partied in a small building near the main one. It was a very nice stay, and I'd choose it again if I'm in the area.

It's a good place for families with little kids, with an indoor playroom and a roomy courtyard full of spots to relax and play. My three days here were memorable. The room was spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff were especially friendly. I'd happily come back soon.

There was a singer while we were there, but the meal was a bad experience. We ordered chicken pizza, and it was mostly vegetables with just a few small cubes of chicken. The photo made it look nice, but the taste was a disaster. The coffee wasn't good either, despite being labeled Lavazza. We'll never eat here again.

Our kids had a great time in the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. The rooms were a good size and clean enough, so staying here was fine. Eating here was a different story. The food was awful, with bland, unsalted choices, and after the first day all of us, me, my husband, our daughter, and my niece, felt sick with nausea and stomach pains. The rest of our group was fine. We were always trying to find staff, who were never around. The prices didn't seem realistic either: 10 RON for onion salad made with one onion, 26 RON for a small frozen pizza, 19 RON for soup, and 25 RON for four "mici," etc. I'd recommend staying here, but not eating here.
