Happy Holiday Apartments

Clean and cozy.

An exceptional place.

We stayed five nights in the ground-floor apartment, and it had everything we needed to feel at home. Our two puppies were lucky to have a little yard, too. The owner was a very kind, understanding woman, and we’ll definitely come back. As a bonus, we saw the bear every evening 🐻 Thanks for everything!

I was pleased to find an iron and hairdryer, along with a washing machine, kettle, and microwave. The rooms are nicely decorated, the furniture is good quality, and the bed is very comfortable, though it’s not quite right for two adults and a child. We stayed two nights and generally felt at home, with nearly everything we needed close at hand. A coffee machine for espresso would be a useful addition. I’d also suggest putting keyed handles on the balcony doors. They open very easily, and the railing is low, which could be risky with a young child. The booking mix-up is why I’m giving four stars. I was told the ground-floor room with a terrace had been checked and was available. That suited us, since I had our French bulldog with me and she could stay outside in a fenced area, and the desert as well 😂. But before we arrived, when I asked how to get the key, we were told our room was on the first floor. I asked what had happened and was told the ground-floor apartment had been booked for a long time. I honestly suspect someone else wanted it for a longer stay in the meantime and was given it 🙂. Since I’ve heard this has happened before, including the lady with the plaster’s comment, I wonder if this is a practice here. Maybe I’m mistaken.
