I can’t give the Igloo “restaurant” more than one star. The place was filthy, the tables weren’t cleaned, and the staff looked exhausted and in a very low mood. The meal was awful: we had chicken, pizza, and soup, and there was hair on the pizza. The soup was just as disappointing, and some of our drinks never arrived. It’s hard to believe the place is still open. I’ll definitely report it to the authorities. Cel mai mare gunoi in care am intrat vreodata. Jeg total, nesimtiti, aroganti, mancarea execrabila... tomberon de local. 🤢

We only tried the restaurant. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly, but the music was much too loud. The pizza was decent, though the prices felt high for the quality. Don’t expect anything amazing.

My first visit was a service letdown, so I gave it one star. Friends who had a great experience there that same day talked me into trying again. This time the food was great, and our waiter Gabriel was great too. I think the first visit may have been a hiccup during the New Year rush. It’s one of the best places in the area.

The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, which was the only upside. The location is great, but the place was very dirty and expensive for what it offers. The hallways, room floor, windows, and restaurant chairs were all dirty. I complained after finding someone else’s sneakers and socks under our bed, and the cleaning lady yelled at me.
