At night, they leave food out for the bears, and you can watch them cross the street right below your balcony. The rooms are large, but cold, and the interior design is in very poor taste. This is not a 5-star hotel. The restaurant closes after breakfast and only opens to serve food when large tour groups are staying. After every shower, the bathroom floor was flooded. It’s not a place for children, since some nights there’s entertainment with girls dancing erotically in the reception lobby. Staff are always fighting and complaining about customers in front of other customers.

The location is really good, and the third-floor view is lovely. The rooms are big, the bed was very comfortable, and the pool was nice. I strongly recommend the massage. The food wasn’t great for a 5-star hotel, and the bathrooms need work, with water leaking from the ceiling and bathtub. The bedroom furniture looks improvised.

I’ve sorted out all the problems with the receptionist and your team, so I updated the rates. Still, the time spent fixing those issues instead of enjoying ourselves from the start left us uncomfortable, and the negative feedback stands. It’s in a nice spot, and there’s a jacuzzi, though I didn’t get time to try it. The stay was good, but it doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel. Some things need replacing, including the hair dryer that came apart in my hands, and a few other items.
