Voila Inn Predeal

The food was delicious, thanks to chef Vlad, and the waiters were professional, especially Vali. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and looked wonderful, with a vintage feel paired with a more contemporary bathroom design. Prices for the stay felt affordable for the experience. The dishes, on the other hand, were almost twice as expensive as at similar restaurants, and the food didn't feel worth that price. Our room also wasn't warm enough, so staff brought us an electric heater. Even so, I had an experience that makes me want to return next year.

We spent two nights here. The reception girl wasn't helpful, and when we asked for towels, none arrived. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. They cleaned it thoroughly after we spoke to the manager, and only then did the smell go away.

The Lebanese food in the restaurant was wonderful and reasonably priced, but the drinks selection was very limited and really expensive. Breakfast felt rushed, made with cheap ingredients, and served without much care by the only waiter, who looked as if he worked around the clock. The hotel seems to have had a good attempt at making everything shine, but the rooms are very small and the mattresses too soft. They look like they were renovated three years ago, though the construction cleanup was never finished. With the door locked, you can even reach your hand through the gap between the room door and its frame to greet your neighbours in the hall.

Everything exceeded our expectations, from the staff and service to the surroundings and food. Thanks to everyone for the effort that made us feel completely comfortable. You deserve a 19th (nouăSpreZece). Wishing you all the best clients.
