The drive takes about 10 minutes, but this family-run place is well away from Bran’s central tourist spots and worth the trip. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was great with very reasonable prices. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Bran. 👌🏻

Spectacular setting out in the countryside, and a beautiful place. The food was very good too, especially for the price.

The service felt unwelcoming, which was the only thing keeping this from five stars. The food, though, was some of the best we’ve had in Bran. We started with soups, then tried a mix of traditional Romanian mains, all superb. Everything tasted so good we couldn’t find fault with the meal. Still a good spot to try if you’re in the area.

We ended up stopping after the smell of grilled meat caught our attention all over the village. Dinner was really good, with a lovely mountain view, and the Papanas was the best I’ve ever had. I truly recommend Casa Centiu Restaurant.

I’m a picky Italian, and I was impressed by how good every dish and drink was. Portions were satisfying and prices felt fair in this beautiful place, with authentic flavors and a great atmosphere. It’s also well placed for anyone visiting Bran. Thanks especially to the young woman who served us and gave useful suggestions. We only stopped for dinner, but I’d love to come back soon. 10/10.
