We had a spacious room and a really comfortable bed. Set right at the forest's edge, the house has a lovely view and makes a great base for walks and trips out in nature. The hosts were warm and ready to help with all sorts of things. I'd happily come back to TYK house.

At 1600 m, the mountain air is wonderful, and the surrounding area is gorgeous. The hospitality was something else too. If you need anything, just ask Aunt Mitică, also known as Moșu', and she'll bring it over. Want to barbecue? The wood, even the kindling, is prepared every day. You just need to bring the meat and be ready to stand by the grill, ideally with some brandy or good wine. And if you don't have either, Aunt Mitică will look after you anyway.
