We stayed for seven days and had a really good experience. The place was clean, had what we needed, and the host even left coffee and sugar. It’s close to Resita center, with shops, restaurants, bars, and plenty of parking nearby. There’s also a washing machine for laundry. The main thing to know is that quiet time starts at 10 pm. We were on vacation and didn’t need to get up early, so we stayed out late, but when we came back we had to tiptoe and couldn’t watch TV late. Neighbors knocked on the wall as soon as there was any noise. It wasn’t a big deal for us, and we were respectful, but it’s not a place to party or make noise at night.

A modern place to stay, with a very nice host who was keen to help us. I highly recommend it!
