Hotel Melody

I stayed here on a business trip and mainly needed a reasonably priced place to sleep. It's on the edge of town, and the rooms were clean and fine. The shower in the toilet needs an upgrade, though. Breakfast was satisfying, especially as a buffet, and dinner was very good. Parking was free and the Wi-Fi was just OK. Overall, I'd recommend it.

The backyard was spacious, pretty, and romantic. The waiters were kind, and I really enjoyed the delicious food. I had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.

The room was huge, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was good, though better coffee and real orange juice would have made it nicer. What kept me from giving five stars was the smell of garbage burning outside when I had the window open at night, and the laundry's strong fabric-softener perfume. It made me feel sick. Clean, neutral-smelling laundry would suit a quality hotel better, and I'd return if that changed.

In room 102, the bed on the right as you come in was old and noisy. There was also a strange ticking sound from the wall or bed, and I looked for a clock, but there wasn't one. Breakfast was good, though the man serving it seemed grumpy, perhaps after a rough start to his day. If you just need somewhere to rest in a hurry, it's fine. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
