The location is great, right across from the beach, and the rooms are fairly spacious, with AC, a nice view, and a terrace. But our stay was a mess. In two and a half days we got warm water just once, so we each had one warm shower and four cold ones. The walls are so thin you can hear people as if they're in your own room, and after a shower the bathroom stayed flooded for hours. There was no concierge at the property. He said he'd answer our calls but barely did. We called eight times before we could reach him to get the key. On our first night we got locked out because the key had been left inside, and at 10 PM the concierge's phone was disconnected. They charged us through booking, then said we couldn't park in their courtyard because of the mair. Even though they say free parking spaces are available, there was nowhere for us to park. They also don't tell you it's a self-service unit until you see a note stuck to the room door. For cleaning, you can use the broom and mop in the bathroom, or pay 50 RON for a janitor. Even then, they may simply refuse to help. We regret staying there for two nights. The total charge was 1000 RON.
