Casa Moraru

There are several spots to relax in the yard, and if you have small children, it’s lovely to watch them play in the sand and on the streets alongside the local kids. You can stay up late telling stories, listening to music, or laughing without disturbing the neighbors. Sfântu Gheorghe is a peaceful, genuinely beautiful corner of the Danube Delta. Casa Moraru is a great choice if you want a break from the city bustle, to put your phone away, unwind, eat delicious food, and stay somewhere very clean. The hosts are so welcoming and open that you feel at home from the first meeting.

The outside doesn’t look like anything special, but as soon as we cross the threshold, we feel free of worries and right at home. The positive energy, simplicity, and joy with which you welcome us every time recharge our batteries. We feel like part of the family. The food is phenomenal too, you’re a great cook! We had another wonderful weekend with you 😍. I left smiling, feeling recharged, and already looking forward to coming back.

I’ve been happily returning to this welcoming place and its wonderful host for more than six years. The rooms are large and clean, and there’s comfort, peace, and a chance to relax in great conditions. Highly recommended!
