The tiny house rooms could use a little more space, but the campsite itself is cozy and easy to use. There are spacious shared areas, a bar and terrace, and an outdoor movie every night. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

I stayed at Green Dolphin for a few days during the “Anonimul” festival last year, and the stay was a big disappointment for the price. The cabins felt like a second-hand campsite, not worth the exorbitant amount we paid. Breakfast was awful: a slice of dry bread, two tomato slices, and an egg that seemed to have been boiled three days earlier, with not even a glass of water. I knew the cabins were small and had only two beds, and that the toilets were shared. But there was barely room for our travel backpacks, so we had to leave them outside. There was no mosquito net, which is a serious problem in the delta during summer. The toilets weren't cleaned, toilet paper wasn't replaced, and soap dispensers disappeared from the wall after a day. The website said Green Dolphin guests could use Green Village's restaurant, pool, and lounge area. I only found out later that this came with an extra charge.

Nature, freedom, live music, parties, an open-air cinema, street food, and a laid-back vibe all come together here. The beach is just a 12-minute walk away. Can't wait to be back in June this year.

The location is lovely, and the place serves a useful purpose since there aren't many other places to eat out. I've been here many times, even before Green Village opened, but the food and choices seem to get worse each year. I've never had breakfast here. For lunch, the only option is the daily menu with soup, a main course, and dessert. I've eaten here three times, and the food was cold each time; I couldn't finish it. Lunch can only be ordered until 14:00, and the full menu is available only at dinner, from 18:00. It's also hard to communicate with the staff because they don't speak much English or Romanian.

I spent five days here, and after five visits, I won't be coming back. A lot has changed since my previous stays, and this place isn't worth my money when there are so many good destinations around the world. The food was a total disgrace. The staff serving guests seemed poorly trained and unsuited to tourism, and only managed to make people angry. In the kitchen, oil was in the vinegar bottle, and guests had to make their own salad. The main dishes were all frozen and fried on the spot, including refrigerated potato wedges and chicken wings. There are good restaurants on the beach or in Sfantu Gheorghe, so there's no reason to eat that way. The music had good intentions but was badly handled. The artist was always late and finished early, the speakers were too loud, and the voiceover was pretty lame, even though the songs were well picked. The movie is the only good thing left from the past. The rules are useless now, even though they were properly set up when the campsite was built. People lock themselves in an eight-person bathroom to have sex. Toilet paper is refilled only once a day, and guests can bother others with music or private parties while staff supervise. Grow up and learn how to run a tourism business. This is why Greek and Bulgarian beaches are full while Romania complains that nobody visits, or that there are fewer tourists.
