The owner was kind and offered local suggestions. The guesthouse is lovely, with a large room and a beautiful bathroom. There’s free street parking right out front, and it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town’s main square.

The host was polite and the price was low. There’s a downstairs kitchen with everything you need. The shower pressure was weak, and the water was only lukewarm, not hot. The bed linen was dirty, and the towels looked worn out.

An elegant old house with original wooden floors and very high ceilings. Great place and excellent location.

It was peaceful and clean, and I really liked the bed. The room was large, with good lighting and a big mirror. The towels were big, and you could use the heating or open the windows to get the temperature you wanted. Disposable slippers, free coffee, and tea were provided too. There’s a clean shared kitchen and dining area in the basement with lots of amenities, and the owners were kind and quick to reply. Bring your own soap or shampoo, since there’s only a small pump bottle in the shower. I forgot to buy shampoo and ended up washing my hair with it, and my hair was actually really soft afterward.

We booked through booking.com, and Cosmin got in touch right away with helpful check-in instructions and activity suggestions. The guesthouse has a full kitchen and a nice seating area in the basement, which was a big plus. It’s on a quiet street near lots of tourist sites. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.
