The apartment is worth remembering, and I’d come back. It really does feel like home. The location is a big plus: it’s an easy 6-7 minute walk at most to the Bridge of Lies. There are two breakfast places close by on Ocnei Street, both opening at 8:30. The ground-floor apartment has two bedrooms, a yard with a terrace, and a room full of toys for different age groups, which is great for families with kids. There’s tea, coffee, shower gel, slippers, a hair dryer, towels, and everything else you need. Street parking costs 15 lei per day. The two rooms, bathroom, and hallway were warm, with the thermostat in the child’s room. A few things made the stay less comfortable. The kitchen cabinets are so high you need a chair to reach a glass, and the kitchen and adjoining hall were cold. In my opinion, heat escapes because those spaces are hard to warm, perhaps to the attic or room above the kitchen. Doors closing off the upper area and hall storage might help keep the two rooms warm and save some heat. We stayed two nights and didn’t really get to enjoy the kitchen because of the cold. I’m someone who feels cold easily, and 23 degrees is my ideal temperature for survival. The bedroom Wi-Fi router’s light stayed on all night. The shared yard also needs some attention: some patches have no stone, which makes it harder to get through with a cart. That isn’t the accommodation owner’s fault.

We felt right at home in this welcoming, warm apartment. It was relaxing and pleasant, with everything thoughtfully set up for guests and well equipped for the whole family, including the little ones. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return anytime. Highly recommended!

The host was so welcoming and friendly. We were very happy with our stay, and the old town is really close, less than three minutes to the Bridge of Lies!

Parking was available right in front of the building, and the host made us feel very welcome. The apartment was quiet, beautifully and lovingly furnished, and in a prime spot near the magnificent city center. I highly recommend it.
