We were very happy here. The rooms are spacious, warm, and quiet, and there’s Wifi, a fridge, a TV, and a private bathroom. It’s also close to the city centre, so the location is great.

After four stays, Casa Kiev has become my home away from home, and I don’t need to look for another place. They treat you like family, with clean, nicely appointed rooms and exceptional customer service. It’s a great, budget-friendly family style stay for travelers in the Central Sibiu area of Romania. I honestly recommend Casa Kiev, and you won’t forget them.

2/10
The conditions were awful: there was no heat, the place smelled horrible, and the furniture was falling apart. The food offered for New Year’s Eve was overpriced and, overall, trash. At first the host was really nice, but later he got drunk and started joking and swearing as if we were old acquaintances. The maid working there was utterly useless. Just choose another house, don’t bother.

The bed was okay, but the stay was mediocre. They forgot to leave us toilet paper, and the vinegar they’d used to wash the carpet made the whole room stink. I gave it three stars because it wasn’t expensive compared with other places in the area.

The rooms are spacious and feel safe, and the place has a cozy atmosphere. The hosts were very welcoming and glad to help with anything. There’s parking available in front of the house.
