Breakfast, served in the restaurant shared with Hotel Mercure, was the highlight for me. There was a great range of fresh, quality food, freshly squeezed juice, and a corner for local produce. The pool and gym are free to use, too, so it feels like good value. The hotel is right by the park, within walking distance of the center, and there’s a bus stop right outside. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and impressively fast WiFi. Cleaning happened daily, though it mostly meant new towels. The sheets weren’t changed until after four days. Service was the weak point. The place seemed understaffed, and some of the staff didn’t seem well trained. At the front desk, one young woman was recording personal voice messages and ignored us. The young man there, on the other hand, was professional and a pleasure to deal with every time. At the breakfast rush, Sebastian was the only young man working, refilling and clearing tables. He did a good job, but many guests still had to sit at dirty tables. Management needs to handle busy periods better. Still, it was a very solid stay, and I’d recommend it.

The park beside the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the location is great. Our room was big and well equipped. Breakfast was the most satisfying part of the stay. There was a great selection, and the staff were amazing. Sorana especially went the extra mile and made us feel special. Even when some of my friends stayed late over breakfast, the staff never made us feel uncomfortable and were always ready to help. I loved that.

The room worked well for two people, or one person with luggage. Breakfast tasted good, and the staff were super friendly and ready to help. The cleaning was another story. One towel seemed to have already been used, and the room wasn’t very clean. There were odd leftovers around the fridge, and under the bed was a little collection of old bottles and dust from previous guests.

Breakfast was great, and the hotel itself was comfortable. The pool is small and has only a few sunbeds, but the water is heated. At 1.4 meters deep, it seemed pretty safe for a child who knows how to swim. I recommend staying here.
