The breakfast was great, with homemade pastries and local ingredients, and the large rooms were super clean and had A/C. The owners run this fantastic boutique hotel in a historic building that’s been tastefully modernized, right in the heart of Sibiu. Highly recommended!

The service was impeccable, and the location was great. It’s a beautifully remodeled historic inn, and they offer free parking in the courtyard if there’s space. Amazing stay, and I’d definitely return!

The staff and owners are really helpful and clearly care about the guest experience. The breakfast is outstanding for both quality and choice. Each room in Magister SEVEN has been designed with exceptional care and attention to detail. In the heart of one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, it’s the finest hotel in Romania.

We had a quiet, cool room with a spacious layout and lovely, tasteful decor. The furniture was good quality, and the place was very clean. The owners were super nice and friendly, with helpful suggestions for restaurants and things to do. It’s a great place to stay in Sibiu, right in the heart of the Old-Town. There are 8 private-parking places in the yard, but you have to reserve one.

We stayed at five different hotels during our Romania trip, including a five-star one, and Magister seven was definitely our favourite. At check-in, hearing some history about the building and hotel made us feel special. There’s a lovely terrace with a great view, plus a relaxing area where you can have wine or play board games. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious. Beautiful and exceptional stay. I’d highly recommend it and would like to return if I visit Sibiu again.
