The little courtyard and covered terrace are real bonuses, especially in summer. There’s no breakfast service, but you can prepare your own in the kitchenette, though it could use more cutlery, especially spoons. This family-run guesthouse is a short distance from the centre of Sibiu, in a very quiet area. Our room was a good size with plenty of space. The sloping roof wasn’t very comfortable, but it was acceptable. The facilities are basic, which seems fair for the very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The bathroom and bed sheets were clean, which mattered most to us, and the kitchen had basic facilities. The location is great, very close to the old town. Since we visited in summer, our only complaint was the hostess, who made us feel uncomfortable and wasn’t as kind or welcoming as we’d hoped. Some guests apparently complain about the heating and the hosts being too ungenerous, but that wasn’t our issue. Because of the hostess, I’d choose somewhere else next time we visit beautiful Sibiu.

The staff were friendly, respectful, and made us feel that our stay mattered. There’s a lovely backyard where you can unwind after a tiring day or just enjoy the peace. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook or store your favorite food and drinks. The place is an easy walk from the Bridge of Lies, The Council Tower, and the other main sights in the Sibiu Historic Center. It’s a super nice, cozy, peaceful place, good for a night or two or even a full vacation. We were deeply impressed and will definitely come back when we’re in the area.

We had a really pleasant stay. The host was kind, and both rooms, one triple and one double, were very clean and comfortable. The floor was a little noisy, but it was fine. There’s also a small garden with places to sit.
