The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable mattresses, so I rested well after a hard day. Breakfast was tasty and high quality, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout. The owner also helped us choose motorcycle routes around Sibiu, and found room for us even though we arrived during a big holiday when demand was high. For bikers, the locked courtyard and video surveillance meant I could sleep without worrying about my motorcycle. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, 4 km from the city center. Pansin Carmen will be my choice on my next trip to Romania, and I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay or vacation.

A great pick for anyone into motorcycles or nature. Pensiunea Carmen has a lovely atmosphere, cozy, clean rooms, and wonderful hosts. Five stars from me!

We had a two-room apartment for four people for just 200 lei (equivalent to €45), and breakfast was only 25 lei (equivalent to €5). The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, and we could use three terraces with a wonderful view. The pension’s services were well beyond what we’ve had at other famous hotels. The owners were extraordinary, kind and welcoming. The owner even helped my dad fix a broken microphone cable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely return and recommend this hostel to our friends.

Thanks for looking after our group so well. The hotel welcomes motorcyclists, the staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is generous. We’ll be back soon.

The rooms were clean and just right, and we didn’t have any noisy neighbors. Breakfast was delicious too. Everything went smoothly, and the staff were extremely friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. Definitely deserves five stars. If you’re visiting Sibiu, this is where you want to sleep.
