Avoid this place. The owner I spoke to by phone was abrupt and awful, and I think the property is seriously overrated. The rooms are poorly arranged, and you can’t make use of all the space. There are plenty of good rooms in Sibiu, just not these. Go here if you want to waste your money.

A great base for a quick trip to an amazing town. It’s right in the center, with reasonably priced rooms and a cool old-house feel.

The building may once have belonged to a wealthy old family. There’s plenty of space, and the interior was clean. Our host was kind, and breakfast was really good, with a Sibiu feel to it.

We booked directly after calling, and the place matched its description. It’s close to the city center, and contactless check-in went smoothly. Our room was roomy and spotless, with a very comfortable large bed and a big bathroom stocked with what we needed. The Bistro downstairs serves breakfast, with a few freshly prepared choices. Everything tasted great, and the coffee was among the best we’ve had in a hotel. The host was lovely, and the Bistro staff were attentive and friendly. The price was very good too. We’ll definitely be back.
