The location is the one thing I liked, since it’s fairly close to the city center. The apartment itself was disappointing. It’s in a basement and smelled awful, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The plates, forks, and other kitchen items were dirty. My room also didn’t match the Booking photos. I expected a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, but none were there. When I told the owner, he read my message and didn’t reply. There was a washing machine but no detergent. After I mentioned it, he brought a bottle of plain hand soap and said it was some new technology that I should dilute with water. When I asked what it was called so I could check, he couldn’t say and just made excuses. The check-in time is very late, 17:00, and check-out is very early, 10:00. I’ve never seen that before and found it totally disappointing. For this price, there are much better options in Sibiu. I’d never recommend this apartment. I wish I’d read the reviews before booking.

The location is within walking distance of the city center, but that was the only good part. The apartment is in the underground level of an old building, and it wasn’t clean. The blankets and pillows were absolutely disgusting, and the damp smell inside was awful. The host had an excuse for everything, then stopped replying when I raised issues. The price was way too high. I really don’t recommend staying here.

The room was decent for what it cost, though check-in at 5 PM is very late. We asked whether we could at least leave our luggage at the property, but were told we’d have to pay 30 lei for the early check-in option. Check-out at 10 AM also felt a bit early.

We only needed somewhere to stay for one night and came across this place online. They helped us right away. The room was spacious and clean, and self check-in worked perfectly. Nobody bothered us, and we didn’t even meet the admins.

I stayed here for two nights, and it was among the worst places I’ve stayed in Romania. The house is cramped and in a basement, with a bad location and a lot of humidity. The owner is a liar, and the pictures aren’t true to the place. I’m warning people about it.
