I spent a full week here in July 2023. The staff were very friendly, the rooms cozy and comfortable, and when I switched rooms halfway through the stay, they responded quickly and offered me a larger one. Breakfast was more than enough, with sweets, ham, cheese, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, and more. The hotel is close to both the city centre and the citadel, which is a five minute walk away. There are parking spaces out front, though I think you have to pay at an automatic machine. It didn't look complicated, but I came by train, so didn't need to park.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. We paid 250 lei for a tiny attic room that was very hot, with no air conditioning and a broken refrigerator. At that price, the lack of both wasn't acceptable. We had to open the window, but people drinking and making noise in the courtyard kept us from sleeping. The receptionist showed us another room, also without air conditioning or a fridge, and its beds were so small they seemed fit only for children. These conditions were far too expensive.

I've stayed here twice and was very satisfied each time. The rooms are clean and fair for the price, the staff are kind and helpful, and breakfast is varied and tasty. There's no hotel parking, but the public parking nearby is very cheap. It's perfectly placed for the citadel and city centre, and this is my preferred place to stay in Sighisoara.

The twin room I shared with my friend faced the street, and we heard a lot of noise because the window wouldn't close. There were no curtains to keep the morning sun out either. We were given a Wi-Fi password, but there was no Wi-Fi. There's no parking at the hotel, so you have to leave the car on the street and pay for public parking. Breakfast wasn't impressive: there weren't enough items for all the guests, and we had to keep asking for things. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., with check-out at 10:30. I spent one night here and wasn't impressed. There are better places to stay in Sighisoara.
